The GRID Clinic methods are designed to achieve rapid weight loss and continued weight management. We combine lectures, dietary modification, group therapy sessions and exercise. Groups are closed to new entrants shortly after forming. This allows clients to build on their success by exploring more important issues relating to eating. Beginning: Most clients begin with either 2 meal replacements and one regular meal or 4 meal replacements a day. At the first meeting introductions are made and intentions are set. Movies are distributed as homework. Each week a new subject or movie is discussed.
