GRID MR -  MEAL REPLACEMENT

GRID Meal Replacement (MR) is an effective way to reduce total calories by replacing one or two meals a day with a low glycemic index, very low calorie, high fiber, protein rich meal.

Campbell  is a must read for anyone interested in nutrition.  This book, written by an accomplished NIH funded researcher illustrates the perils of animal protein and the  benefits of whole plant foods (those high in fiber).  If you read it, it will forever change how you look at nutrition.
